Altea Milano

In an elegant Milan of the end of the century, Altea has its roots.
In 1882, between via Verri and Montenapoleone, in what will become one of the main arteries in the geography of international fashion, a sophisticated ties shop opens its doors, frequented by the city's best clientele. Giuseppe Sartori is the architect. Enterprising, passionate and visionary man, with those first important showcases, baptizes the birth of a company that today has over one hundred and twenty years of history and has seen its four generations of family succeded to its leadership.
In the seventies, the turning point was the work of the two brothers Michele and Luca Sartori: the historical production of ties was flanked by scarves and textile accessories.
In the nineties the definitive consecration to the total look for men and women, present today in the most important streets of international shopping.
